RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Elite Wrist, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective item, a damaged item, or an incorrect product, you may request a return, exchange, or refund subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

The watch received is defective.

The wrong item was delivered.

The watch was damaged during transit.
Return Request Period
Customers must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving their order.
Requests made after 3 days may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier service. Elite Wrist is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business weeks.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for the same product or another available product of equal value.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
